Pauline Ponsard
Pauline PONSARD, a lawyer at MARTIN et ASSOCIES, completed all her legal studies at the Faculty of Law in LYON (Université LYON 3 Jean MOULIN).
Pauline PONSARD joined Cabinet MARTIN et ASSOCIES as part of her training, where, under the supervision of Maître Olivier MARTIN, she worked mainly on business law cases (both legal and judicial aspects).
She permanently joined Cabinet MARTIN et ASSOCIES as soon as she was admitted to the LYON Bar in January 2017.
Thanks to his DJCE training, PP has developed a corporate law practice at the firm, providing legal secretarial services as well as ordinary and exceptional transactions (company incorporations, shareholders’ agreements, restructuring, capital transactions, disposals of shareholdings, etc.).
This consultancy service is provided to individuals and legal entities, including self-employed professionals (with regular involvement in the healthcare sector), commercial companies, sports clubs and associations.
Pauline PONSARD became a partner on July 1, 2022.
